TCCC#6: Non-Traditional Halloween - A Colour Twist within a Twist Challenge!

Hello Third Coasters!

It's TGIF time and you know what that means!  Time for a new Third Coast Creative Challenge!  There's only 33 days until the scariest Night of the Year and the Third Coast Creative Coterie will be scaring your socks off in style ;0)

The Third Coast Coterie Blog is participating in the 4th Smeared and Smudged 31 Days of Halloween Blog Hop as a Wicked Blogger so be sure to check in each day for the chance to win Smeared and Smudged prizes!

and

Members of the Coterie design team and other Wicked Artists are also participating in DominoART's 2nd 31 Days of Halloween Spooktacular event too!  But the fun doesn't end there coz my DominoART Blog is also a Wicked Blogger in the Smeared and Smudged Blog Hop!  Woohoo!
October is going to be bristling with the scariest eye candy and oozing with Prizes!

But of course we're not waiting for October to start our Halloween stamping here at Third Coast Creaive Challenges so on to our next challenge!

Non-Traditional Halloween
A 'Colour Twist within a Twist' Challenge!

I'm looking for any Halloween creations that have a non-traditional colour scheme and the extra twist is you're banned from using the colours Purple, Lime Green and Orange!  I DO NOT want to see even a smidgen of those 3 colours...(insert evil laugh) ;0)
But I'm not completely evil coz you CAN use Black but it must NOT be the dominant colour!

No how's that for a challenge...whose up for it?

Need help wrapping your zombie brains around the concept of Non-Traditional then here's some inspiration from the freakishly talented Third Coast Creative Coterie!

TCCC#5: Something Wicked This Fae Comes Bingo Challenge!

Hello Third Coasters!

Can you believe we're half way through September already so that means the scariest month of the year is fast approaching so how about a challenge to get you into the scariest of spirits?
That must mean it's TGI Third Coast Friday again so kick back, relax and get out those stamps coz it's time to get your freak on with a new challenge!!

One randomly drawn winner will receive a fab
$25 gift certificate to
Third Coast Rubber Stamps

TCCC#5 Something Wicked This Fae (Way) Comes is a  Bingo Challenge which means you can make anything you want...card, ATC, altered domino, tag, etc but you must select and include 3 elements from the provided Bingo Grid into your creations.

The word "Fae" is from the American TV show called Lost Girl and is just another word for all people/creatures that belong in the supernatural, paranormal, mythical or fantasy world.  So basically there's humans and then there's Fae.  Ghosts, werewolves, succubi, vampires, dragons, mermaids, fairies, witches and all kinds of monsters, demons and beasts of both good and evil fall under the classification of Fae!   So you have free reign to use whatever imagery you want to celebrate the coming of Halloween!

TCCC#5 Bingo Grid Rules
The 3 elements must be from the same row where all the blocks touch each other and the row can run horizontally, vertically or diagonally.   Please list the 3 elements you used in your blog/Facebook posts AND tell us in your comment after you link up your project!  You are also very welcome to use extra elements from the grid if you want to.

TCCC#5 runs for nearly 2 weeks and ends on Sept 26.  Winner and Coterie Top 3 will be announced when the next challenge starts on Sept 28.

Now for some scary Third Coast Coterie design team inspiration to get you in a spooky frame of mind...haaahaaahaaaaaaa!
